Appointed by Newcrest Homes to undertake the construction of their development at Castle Hill, Ebbsfleet which consists of 10 No. town houses, 5 retails units and 46 No. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as all soft and hard landscaping.Phased handover of the 3 elements to suit the clients programme and agreed pre lets for retail space. Construction consisted of structural steel frame, metsec, brick cladding, ingle ply and sedum roofs, lift installation and full mechanical and electrical installation and new utility installation and management.

Conversion of an existing warehouse into 68 loft  living styled apartments. The key features of the building were retained whilst upgrading the energy efficiency through MVHR and energy saving heating and lighting designs.
